A quality-first school for the next generation of South Punjab — grounded in Islamic values, taught by teachers who care, and built for the child who's just about to change the world.
Every child in Layyah deserves a school where they are known by name, taught with patience, and challenged to think — not just to memorise. That is what we are building.
Irshad Hussain AkbarFounder · Clinical PsychologistApni Talash began as a rehabilitation and psychology centre. In listening to hundreds of families — parents of children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and quiet strugglers who fell through the cracks of ordinary classrooms — one truth kept surfacing: the classroom, not the child, is usually the problem.
Apni Talash Public School is our answer. Small classes, teachers trained in child development, an Islamic ethos, and a real commitment to the child in front of us — not the average child in a policy document. Enrolment for our first session opens shortly.
Our first session opens Pre-Nursery through Grade 3. Subsequent classes will be added year-on-year as our first cohort grows.
Play, language, movement, and the confidence to try. Age-appropriate reading, Qur'an-e-Kareem introduction, and lots of outdoor time.
Foundation years grounded in solid reading, writing, arithmetic, science curiosity, and Nazra Qur'an — with sports and arts every single week.
Where children begin to think, argue, question, and lead. We build strong writing, mathematical reasoning, and character habits that carry into O-Levels and beyond.

A teacher who has 45 children cannot know a single one of them. We cap class sizes at 20 in Primary and 25 in Middle — small enough that no child is invisible.
Our teachers are recruited for warmth, subject depth, and willingness to keep learning. They are paid well, respected, and never asked to hit their students.
Nazra Qur'an, Islamiyat, adab, honesty, and kindness are part of how the school runs every day — not just an exam subject.
Every child spends real time in the sports ground and the art room every week. A child who has never won a race or drawn a picture is being under-taught.
Monthly parent-teacher meetings, honest reports, and open access to the principal. If your child struggles, we tell you — and we plan together.
Our founding team includes clinical psychologists. Anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia and shyness are understood here — not punished as bad behaviour.
Being built in Layyah with air-conditioned classrooms, generous ground for play, and safe purpose-designed spaces for the youngest learners.
Comfortable, well-lit, and equipped with modern boards and safe furniture sized for each age group.
Books in Urdu and English, quiet reading space, and a librarian who knows every child by name.
Cricket, football, athletics, and a dedicated girls' sports slot — physical activity every single day.
A messy, joyful room where children paint, sculpt, and build — because creativity is a serious subject.
Computers, internet, and structured digital literacy — used as a tool, never as a babysitter.
Reverse-osmosis drinking water and healthy, hygienic canteen options — no fizzy drinks on campus.
CCTV throughout, background-checked staff, secure gate, and clear pick-and-drop protocols.
A quiet space where children can talk to our on-staff psychologist — free, confidential, and welcoming.
A clean, dedicated space for Salah with proper wudu facilities and Qur'an lessons.
